What are your areas of interest?β
I enjoy working with clients of all ages, with particular interests in language, social communication, Autism, speech sounds, stuttering, and acquired brain injury.
β
What is your favourite speech therapy toy, game, or activity?β
I love creating schedules, including visual schedules, during my speech therapy sessions. I find that children and teens are often more engaged and receptive to activities when they know what to expect and what is coming next.
β
What is something fun or interesting about you that you'd like families to know?β
βI love finding good books at libraries and thrift stores, and I also enjoy baking. I am left-handed, and after years of working on my handwriting during speech therapy, I became surprisingly good at writing upside down!
